Paying online

When you order on our website, payment is taken at checkout. We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and Apple Pay and Google Pay on mobile devices. For orders over £250.00, you can also pay with Klarna Pay in 3.

Prices on our website are shown excluding VAT by default. VAT and delivery are added at checkout, and the total is shown before you pay.

Full payment is required before your order is confirmed, unless you have account terms agreed with us in writing. All card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details when you pay online.

Paying by phone or email

If you order by telephone or email, including pre-orders, full payment is required before we process your order. You can pay by card over the phone, or we can send you a secure payment link.

When you pay over the phone, our team types your card details straight into Stripe while you are on the call. Your card details are never written down or stored by us, and the call recording is paused while you supply them.

Klarna

If you choose Klarna, you enter into a separate agreement with Klarna on Klarna's own terms. Klarna's pay-later products are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. See our Paying with Klarna page for more information.
