BalloonLite Light Sets are 1m (with 10 lights) or 1.8m (with 18 lights) high and are ideal for attaching to 11 inch latex or 18 inch foil balloons. The battery pack is perfect for hiding at the balloon weight so they are out of sight. They are multi-function so can be set to steady-on, twinkle or alternative flash.
