Step by step conditioning guide 

  • Carefully remove all packaging 
  • Turn upside down and twist the bunch (like a skirt) to help de-tangle the stems in a bunch 
  • Cut the stems 2-3cm each stem at a sharp angle using florist scissors or secateurs 
  • Place immediately into fresh, clean buckets of water
  • Allow the stems plenty of space for airflow 
  • Store in a cool, low lit environment 
  • Allow time for hydration before arranging and installing
