Collect your jam jars and decorate using ribbon, pearls, hessian etc.

Condition the flowers before you start working with them (see tips below and in our Conditioning Guide on the website). Once you have conditioned them well, prepare the stems for the jars.

Starting with the Gypsophila; here we are using just 1 stem in the jam jar. Divide the stem into equal pieces where they naturally branch and bunch together in the jam jar. This acts as a frame for the arrangement to guide the other flowers.

Next, add the rose to the arrangement. Simply, cut the stem to size and place into the jam jar. TOP TIP: The flowers will work out half of the overall height of the finished arrangement.

Continue to add the flowers to the arrangement using the gypsophila as a frame. Cut and place the flowers in an aesthetically pleasing way.

Continue to fill your remaining jam jars, working to the same rule (see below).

Make sure the vases are filled with sufficient water and place in a cool, low lit environment before installing at the venue.
