Prepare the container and condition the flowers before you start working with them. 

Place a smaller cylinder (filled with water) into a larger cylinder and insert moss in-between to create an interesting, unusual look hiding the stems. 

Cut the stems and add the daffodils and narcissus to the container until you are happy with the look. 

To bring the colour down the arrangement, cut the stems of daffodils short and place low in the container all the way round.
