Cut stems at a 45 degree angle using sharp scissors

Remove lower foliage

Fill clean buckets with warm water – add flower food

Wrap stems & flower heads in brown paper - this takes the weight off the stems

Immerse stems in deep water

Leave overnight to condition - if you can support the stems even better

Soft stemmed flowers should never be used to base funeral tributes as they will not last.
