Lily of the Valley is a delicate, highly scented spring flower loved for its tiny bell shaped blooms. It is often used in bridal bouquets, luxury wedding flowers and traditional floral designs.

When Should I Order Lily of the Valley?

We recommend delivery 1-2 days before the event. It is delicate, seasonal and has a shorter vase life. It should be kept cool and handled with care.

Step by Step Conditioning Guide

To get the best from your wholesale cut lily of the valley, please read the instructions carefully. This information is if the lily of the valley is delivered without the root ball. 

1. Carefully remove all packaging

2. Handle gently to avoid damaging the tiny flowers 

3. Cut a small amount from the stems 

4. Place in fresh, clean water

5. Store in a cool, low lit environment

6. Avoid heat, draughters and direct sunlight. Keep away from children. 

7. Keep hydrated until ready to use

8. When making a bouquet, to give extra support to the stems and flowers, externally wire with silver rose wire. Always leave this design until last. 

 

If however the lily of the valley arrives with the root ball, you can leave the white packaging paper aroud the flower and leaves, exposing the root ball and place in a shallow bucket of water. Before use, cut the stems from the root ball. Save the root ball, and plant it as a keep sake in your garden.
