We recommend delivery 2-3 days prior to the event. Most orchids and exotics are long lasting, but they must be handled with care. Avoid storing tropical flowers in a cold environment.

Step by Step Conditioning Guide:
To get the best from your wholesale cut orchids, please read the care instructions below carefully.
Most orchids arrive with water bottles attached to the stems. Please note this is for transport purposes only.
1. Carefully remove all packaging and remove the water vials.
2. Handle the flowers gently to avoid bruising
3. Remove any foliage below the waterline
4. Cut 1-2cm off each stem at a sharp angle
5. Place in fresh, clean water where suitable
6. Store in a luke warm or cool, but not cold environment. A centrally heated home or venue is ideal.
7. Keep away from draughts, heat or direct sunlight. Keep away from children.

Cold damage: Tropical flowers dislike cold temperatures. Store warm or cool, not chilled.
Petal bruising: Handle carefully and avoid touching petals too much.
