Make sure your container is clean, start by soaking floral foam and securing it into the vase. Coloured glass is perfect as it hides the mechanics.

Start to build up your design with the foliage, creating the desired height and shape.

Add your tall flowers, which in this case are, Lillies, ornithogalum and panicum grass.

Then add the trailing flowers, the Amaranthus.

Then fill in any gaps you have to complete your design.

Make sure the vase is topped up with water to ensure the flowers last as long as possible.
