How to Make a Simple Ruscus Garland
-
Cut any flowers or foliage at at 45 degree angle and pop into a clean bucket of fresh water. Leave for a white to fully hydrate before making your design.
-
If you are lying the garland on a table, this can be made on the morning of the event. Simply twist the soft Ruscus foliage together and slot the flowers into place in situ.
-
If the design is being hung, the soft ruscus can be twisted together and secure with twine. Any flowers added will also need to be securd with twine.
-
If the design needs to be made in advance or needs to last longer, then we would reccomend popping the flowers into water vials and securing them onto the ruscus garland.
