February is certainly the month of Love. With Valentine's day approaching (Clue: 14th February), bouquets of beautiful red roses often becom a common sight in florist shops, supermarkets, wholesalers, just everywhere!

But did you know there are many other species of flower available in February as well?

As times change, there does tend to be some varieties that are available unexpectedly, for example, Peonies. Currently being grown in other climates, Chile and Israel, they are now available at the auctions. This can be apparent for other varieties.
