Wholesale Roses have always been one of the most popular flowers on the wholesale flower market and are available all year round in numerous varieties and grades. Here at Triangle Nursery, we tend to split wholesale roses into two categories – mainstream and specialist varieties.

Ranunculus have a rose shaped flower and are a genus of the Ranunculaceae family, which includes flowers like buttercups, spearworts and water crowfoot. All species of ranunculus are poisonous to cattle, horses and other livestock. The name for ranunculus is Latin for 'little frog', ('rana' - meaning frog). Many wild species are found near water and this is probably the reason.

Roses - Dyed

Dyed Roses? - you either love them or hate them, a bit like Marmite really!

Ruscus - Soft & Hard

In the floristry trade two varieties of ruscus are commonly used - Ruscus Aculeatus, (known as Soft Ruscus), and Ruscus Hypophyllum, (known as Hard Ruscus).

Rose Hips

Rose Hips, (otherwise known as Rose Haw), are the fruit of the rose plant - the berries. Rose Hip colours range from orange to red, through to dark purple and black in some varieties. Rose hips can be used for jelly, syrup, soup, herbal tea, wine and marmalde just to name a few.

Rubus is a large genus of the rose subfamily Rosoideae. Blackberries, dewberries and raspberries are common members of this genus. The fruit of rubus is often called bramble fruit.
